For use in Charcoal, Electric and Gas grills, the Holey Smoker is a hardwood smoke box that simply sits on top of the grate and adds a great smoky flavor to meats, fish, vegetables and other foods. The Holey Smoker comes in two types: with wood chips (“Ready-to-go”) and without chips. Place the Holey Smoker next to the charcoal in your store for maximum sales.
The Holey Smoker is made of stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and is made in the U.S.A. The Holey Smoker has a telescoping lid to accept larger chunks of wood up to 1/2" taller than the smoker box. This enables you to prolong the smoking time.
One of the best features of the Holey Smoker is the packaging, which contains a list of suggested hardwoods, their characteristics, flavor and common food uses.
